ARCHITECTURE        

A powerful idea should stand at each beginning. An architectural concept and later study arise from it. Everything from chairs to a port can be dealt with. Architecture is just one. Each deserves an individual approach. Each building should serve its purpose and its users should like it. It should be in harmony with the environment, have the right shape and proportions also some kind of "magic". Isn't that so? :-)

We will prepare a study of the construction according to your requirements and the best of our knowledge. At this stage you will already know how the building looks from the outside and the inside, how it will work and we will estimate how much money, time and nerves it will cost...

THE DESIGN WORK

We provide all grades of design work. The standard is work in the BIM system.

Most often we provide documentation for the building permit (DBP), documentation for building work (DBW), but also small professional teams, reports, studies.

We have a very experienced team of experts and we collaborate with others externally.

Part of our work is also engineering activities (dealing with authorities).

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

This provides a comprehensive service to the client of the initial investment calculations, discussion of the design with the state administration authorities, preparation of the conditions for the selection of the building contractor, inspection during construction up to ensuring the final inspection of the work and its handover to the client, incl. the related documentation part of the work. Of course, the section of construction management also includes partial services to clients, such as the performance of the technical supervision of the builder, performance of the health and safety coordinator under Act 309 / 2006 Coll., preparation of the selection procedure and the contract for work for the realization of the construction, control of budgets and the bids submitted and the like.

A separate chapter is the actual service of construction management, thus ensuring the realization of the work in the form of the construction manager, ie. the personresponsible for planning, coordinating and supervision during the implementation of the work with the participation of the pre-selected and nominated subcontractors.
